![]() If you don't like having this translucent box applied over your button, you can change the highlight style using the Highlight Style drop down. And by dragging the little pointer on the checkerboard downward, you reduce the opacity, to make the button show through more. You can change the color of the highlight, tha opacity (how much the button is visible through the highlight color, or how heavy the highlight is) by clicking on the little arrow next to the checkerboard to the right of the Highlight Style drop down (you have to have the button selected and select the object tab to have the button's properties display on the right side of the screen). ![]() The "graying out" is the default way DVDA shows which button is currently selected, it is not really grayed out, it is "highlighted" with the default color and mask settings.
